The Educational and Research Institute of Telecommunication Systems offers training for specialists across three levels of higher education:

• first (bachelor's);

• second (master's);

• third (Educational and Research).

Specialists are educated in the specialty 172 Electronic Communications and Radio Engineering.

The institute comprises three departments that prepare graduates in four distinct educational programs. ​ 

• Department of Telecommunications​:   Engineering and Programming Infocommunications (bachelor, master)​ (bachelor, master),  Engineering of Innovative Information and Telecommunication Technologies and Systems (master)
